Soft enamel pins cost less to produce than hard enamel pins, but they can still deliver high quality when manufactured with care.
Custom soft enamel pins have raised metal edges, and the recessed parts are filled with colorful enamel paint. When you touch the soft enamel pin, you can feel the raised border and the recessed areas.
Note: The raised metal border is necessary, it can be as thin as 0.1mm . So we are able to fill your designed enamel colors on the recessed parts. The raised border can be plated with different metal colors like gold, silver, nickel, bronze, antique, etc.
Soft enamel pins are crafted using solid Pantone colors, so we recommend avoiding gradients in your design. If your design requires gradient colors, offset printing pins or UV printing is the perfect solution.

Custom Soft Enamel Pins – No Minimum
There’s no minimum quantity when you order soft enamel pins with us. However, 100 quantity offers better value for money, and the more you order, the lower the unit price becomes.
For order quantity less than 100, the primary cost is in the mold, which is a fixed cost no matter how many pins you order. Therefore, the price for 50 custom pins is slightly lower than for 100 custom pins.
By default, we use high quality brass for simple 2D design die struck pins, and use zinc-alloy for 3D die casting pins.
How to Order Custom Soft Enamel Pins?
The prices listed on our website are based on simple 2D designs using the die-struck process with fewer than 5 enamel colors.
As you’ll notice, our prices are significantly lower than other suppliers. That’s because we are a real manufacturer, offering factory-direct pricing without compromising on quality. You can trust our expertise, every pin goes through strict quality control at every stage of production.
Since every customer has unique requirements, we list only the most popular sizes and 1-200 quantities online. However, we can also produce custom sizes, larger quantities, 3D pins, and cutout designs.
If your order requires special specifications, feel free to contact us with your design and order details(pin size, order quantity). We’ll be happy to provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.
