Custom printed pins apply detailed artwork directly onto the surface using a printing process, this is different from soft enamel pins and hard enamel pins, which use colored enamel and metal lines.
Offset printing allows for customization in terms of colors, gradients, and complex designs. The print can either be a full color CMYK print, or spot colors matched to pantones. Besides offset printing, we can also do screen printing and UV printing. All samples on this page were made by offset printing.

After sending us your artwork, we will provide a professional advice to you. If your design is not suitable for enamel pins (for example, the lines are too fine or the color blocks are too small to be filled or with gradient colors), we will first ask if you are open to modifying or simplifying the design. If you prefer not to alter the original artwork, then custom printed pins are the best solution.

How to Order Printed Pins?
Custom printed pins costs less than enamel pins. The prices listed on this page are based on standard size, 1-1000 quantity, stainless iron material. If you need other sizes, other quantities, or brass material, please submit an inquiry for a custom quote.
After you place an order with us, we will make a digital proof for you to check and confirm before production.
Production Time for Custom Printed Pins
The production time for a custom printed pins order is only 7 days or less. Because of shorter production time, printed pins are suitable for a rush order.
We use express shipping methods like DHL, UPS, FedEx to ship your printed pins, shipping time is about 3-5 days.
