What products can you make?
We make custom enamel pins, badges, enamel medals, coins, keychains, dog tags, pendants, bottle openers, lapel pins, belt buckles, money clips, collar clips, letter openers, bookmarks, golf divot tools, and other metal products. What’s the minimum quantity for an order?
There’s no minimum order quantity with EnamelPinCustom: any order quantity is welcome.
However, if you order a quantity less than 100, you’ll find that the overall cost is similar to that of a 100-unit order. This is because it’s a custom product, and we need to create a unique mold specifically for your design. The cost of producing the mold is relatively high, so for orders with quantities below 100, the cost per individual pin or badge may be quite high when distributed.
In other words, the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost will be. As for specific pricing, you can get in touch with us. We will provide an accurate quote based on your design, requirements, and order quantity.
Can I get a sample from you?
If you need a sample similar to the product you’re looking for, we can mail it to you. The sample cost is free, and you only need to cover the shipping fee.
If you want a sample tailored to your design to see how it looks before a bulk order, we can make a custom sample for you. As we’ll need to create a new mold specifically for your design, so the sample cost primarily covers the mold creation expense. Later, when you place a bulk order, we can refund the sample cost or offset it against the bulk order payment.
What’s your turnaround time?
The turnaround time includes order processing time and the shipping time. As EnamelPinCustom is a genuine manufacturer, the production time is 7-15 days after you confirm the digital proof. And the shipping time is about 3-5 days by DHL/FedEx free shipping. So the total turnaround time is approx. 15 days. For a rush order, please communicate with us in advance. We will check with the factory’s production schedule and confirm with you whether it can be delivered on time.
Note: If possible, before or after placing the order, please send us the vector files of your artwork. This will help expedite the creation of our digital proof, allowing us to send you the digital proof sooner. Confirming the digital proof early enables us to schedule production promptly.
How to order?
When you’ve confirmed the quote and are ready to place an order, we can send you a proforma invoice(P/I). This invoice will include product custom details, shipping address, payment information, delivery time, and more. We can provide you with a customized product link special for your design, allowing you to place the order directly online.
Copyright of designs
Will EnamelPinCustom share my design with others?
Absolutely not. You hold the copyright for your designs, all rights reserved, and we won’t authorize their distribution elsewhere. You can rest assured doing business with us.
For a reorder with the same design, do I need to pay for the mold again?
We will keep the mold for your design for a period of two years. So, when you place a reorder next time, you won’t need to pay for the mold again, saving you a significant amount of money. Please note that if your design requires modifications to size, shape, or design details, a new mold will be needed, incurring additional mold costs. However, if the changes involve only color variations, plating changes, or alterations to accessories, there’s no need for a new mold. If you plan to continue placing orders, we will retain your mold indefinitely.”
