1. Can I order a sample before bulk production?

   Of course! You can order a custom sample by paying a mold fee. If you only need us to send photos of the physical sample for confirmation, there is no shipping cost for the sample. Once the sample is approved, we will deduct the sample cost from the total amount of your bulk order.

2. Do You Accept Rush Orders?

   For rush orders, please contact us in advance, preferably via WhatsApp for faster communication and artwork confirmation. We will check our production schedule and your required delivery date to see if we can meet your deadline. We do not charge extra rush fees and will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

3. How is the price per coin determined?

   Unit price depends on:
   Material: (e.g., brass > zinc alloy > iron).
   ​Size: (larger coins cost more). ​
   Complexity: (multi-color enamels, 3D relief, or special finishes like double-plating increase costs).
   ​Order Volume: Bulk orders (100+ coins) qualify for discounts.

4. What file formats are required for custom coin designs?

   Preferred: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) for crisp scalability.
   Accepted: High-resolution PNG/JPG (300+ DPI) with clear details.
   If you only have a sketch, we can also help convert it into a digital design. We can also provide support for revisions.

5. Do I need to pay the mold fee again for a re-order?

   We retain your coin mold for up to two years. This means if you reorder coins with the same design within that period, you won’t need to pay the mold fee again, making the unit price much lower.
