Payment and Invoice
EnamelPinCustom.com holds the exclusive authority to stipulate the payment terms. Unless otherwise specified, EnamelPinCustom requires payment to be received before accepting an order. Payment for products is accepted through PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Western Union. Invoices must be settled within the specified timeframe noted on the invoice, calculated from the invoice date. Custom product production commences upon payment receipt unless otherwise stated. EnamelPinCustom retains the discretion to cancel or reject orders. EnamelPinCustom disclaims responsibility for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offers and retains the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.
Refund Policy
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
As all of our products are custom processed, some processes are handmade, slight variations are inherent, and each product may not be 100% identical to the print. Minor differences, defined as aesthetic variations of 3% or less, are considered normal and acceptable. If the merchandise is defective or if you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly assist you.
To initiate a refund, the goods must be returned to our company. You can contact your sales representative or our customer service team for our shipping address. You cover the shipping costs for returns to our company.
Upon receiving the items, we inspect for defects in quality, manufacturing, and deviations in color or design.
Defective goods discovered during our inspection prompt us to remake the products and ship them to you at no additional cost. Remake production time is typically 8-15 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Loss Liability
All items made by EnamelPinCustom are subject to a shipment contract. The liability for loss and the transfer of title for such items occur upon our delivery to the carrier.
Recognition of Rights
By utilizing or making purchases from EnamelPinCustom, the Buyer affirms ownership, licensing, or rightful acquisition of rights to all registered trademarks and copyrighted images, logos, or content incorporated into their artwork reproduced by EnamelPinCustom. With a complete understanding of the foregoing, the Buyer hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold EnamelPinCustom and its successors, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns harmless from any claims or damages arising from or connected to the use of the artwork.
You expressly acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests, including those protected by Intellectual Property Rights, pertain to the site. You do not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program beyond what is explicitly outlined in this Agreement. Modification, adaptation, translation, creation of derivative works, decompiling, disassembling, or any attempt to derive source code from our services, software, or documentation is prohibited. Likewise, you shall not create or attempt to create an alternative or similar service or product using or accessing the Program or proprietary information associated with it.
FRAUD ALERT
Any instances of FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES are closely monitored by EnamelPinCustom. In the event of fraud detection, EnamelPinCustom reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, and you will be held accountable for all associated costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
EnamelPinCustom disclaim liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages, as well as any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, our cumulative liability related to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed USD1,000 or the total price of the subject products paid or payable to you, whichever is less.
No express or implied warranties or representations are made concerning the Program or any products sold and offered on our website (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). Additionally, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
